As the CEO of DH Realty Partners, Patricia is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of DH Realty Partners, Inc. to meet the needs and goals of our client’s requirements on a daily basis. Making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of DHRP. Works on a daily basis with property managers to build our facilities management portfolio by attending meetings concerning commercial facilities management including accounting, marketing, business development, and all daily requirements of operating a 24/7 commercial facilities management firm. Reviews all contracts and RFPs for opportunities for potential new business.

She is the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and the President; manages all board meetings, logistics, attends and records the minutes of all board and committee meetings, maintains key corporate documents and records and transfer operations. Manages the process pertaining to the annual shareholder meeting, monitors corporate developments and board’s needs, works closely with the COO and President in decision making and the growth of the company.

Patricia began working in the Real Estate Industry at Worldwide Realty, a subsidiary of Ray Ellison Homes in the 1970’s and then went on to work for Red Carpet Realty and South Coast Mortgage Company. Patricia met our COO, Michael Hoover, at Orah Wall, Inc. in 1983 and were later married in 1988.

She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing in 1995, at The University of the Incarnate Word and has changed lives at the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio for over 25 years, it has given her an opportunity to help others in their greatest time of need.

Patricia appreciates art considerably thanks to her late uncle, Porfirio Salinas, one of the first Mexican-American artists to become recognized across the nation. Her artistic lineage sparks her passion about life, culture, and is excited to see the continuous growth and success of DH Realty Partners.

Some of Patricia’s interests and hobbies include ballroom dancing, antiquing and interior design. Her love for interior design inspired Patricia’s recent updates at DHRP’s offices by reinventing the space into a Mid-Century Modern style.
