Maureen, Vice President, obtained her Texas Brokers License in 2004. She is DHRP’s Multifamily Specialist for the San Antonio market as well as Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend Region. Maureen started her real estate career at Commercial Investment Services specializing in land acquisition and multifamily development, participating in over $35 million in land acquisition contracts. Maureen was instrumental in developing a search system to locate properties for developers, negotiating contracts and working with the TDHCA in Austin. Afterwards, Maureen began working in Retail Development, tenant and landlord leasing, in Cibolo, TX where she was instrumental in tenant procurement for several local landlords. She now works with international clients to procure multifamily properties throughout Texas.. Maureen is a proud member of Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Maureen is a CCIM candidate and an active member of the Northwest Vista College President’s Office Business Council.

Maureen is a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Marine Biology from UTSA. As a certified Scuba Instructor, Maureen enjoys traveling and teaches scuba diving internationally.
